Here’s community updates that have occurred in the past week surrounding the GRT and rucking community as well as interesting posts and news pieces we’ve found interesting:

1. GORUCK 26L GR2 Released: GORUCK surprised everyone by releasing a 26L version of their GR2. The pack retails for $495 and has been met with mixed feedback. We’ll see what customer consensus is when these packs actually start showing up!
2. GORUCK Challenge Pants Heavy Released: The Simple Pants Heavy are amazing so GORUCK releasing the Challenge Pants in the same fabric is a huge win in our book!
3. PATHFINDER Ruck Training 018 Starts 11/1/2018: If you’re looking for some community support or assistance in your ruck training then consider checking out PATHFINDER Ruck Training. Use code 013ADR for 20% off either Forward or Endure.
4. Charity Challenges Fall Challenge 2018 registration opened: The Fall Challenge 2018 registration opened and, as always, 100% of net proceeds are going to charity. This time around it’s the Marine Raider Foundation. Register, work hard, earn some patches, and do good work!
5. Jason confirms 25L Rucker 2.0 on Reddit: In the recent Reddit thread on the 26L GR2 we mentioned that all we wanted was a 25L Rucker 2.0. Jason came out of left field and confirmed that it will be here soon!

7. Ryan at Ruck.Beer gets his MACV-1s: Ryan gets his MACV-1s and takes them out on his first ruck. We’re excited to follow along and hear what he thinks of them.
8. GORUCK gives free Team Assessment entries to Selection participants: Jason confirmed on Reddit that everyone who registered for Selection got a free entry to Team Assessment. Talk about some extra bang for your buck!
9. Ramen Rucker puts 20 miles on his MACV-1 boots: Ramen Rucker put 20 miles on the GORUCK MACV-1 boots then created a video update. Worth a watch if you’re in the market for the boots and haven’t purchased yet.
10. GORUCK interviews Dan Bailey: GORUCK recently sat down with Dan Bailey after Selection. They interviewed him for their podcast and shot a pretty cool video with him.
