- 3 x 5 Milers (Baseline Weight + 20%) (Mileage): Ruck 5 miles 3 times throughout the month.
- Join Or Die WOD (WOD): Complete the "Join Or Die" WOD.
- The Last Hero (Book): Read the book The Last Hero, by Howard Bryant.
- Defy (Additional Tasking): Write down a list of your loyalties in life. People, causes, you name it. What you do with that list is entirely up to you. One suggestion is to pick your top three and talk to a friend or loved one about it. Are they the right loyalties?
