These handles are hand made by fellow GRT Kevin Maestri in the USA by USA made paracord. They work wonderfully for assisting with overhead movements and when you lose strap privileges. Did the Cadre say to stay arms distance apart? Probably… so grab on to the handle in front of you and you’re guaranteed to avoid some extra good livin’. Also, if you end up needing paracord at your event these can be unwoven and the paracord can be re-purposed.
As you can see from the pictures these handles come with black straps holding the end loops together. It’s highly advised that you do not remove these black straps UNTIL you are ready to put the handle on your ruck. Once you remove one you should slip a carabiner through after so that the handles do not begin to unravel. They’re woven very tightly so this won’t happen easily but better safe than sorry. It’s also recommended that you do not use the black straps as attachment points because they will not hold. Don’t be cheap… use carabiners.
The picture of the handle attached to the ruck is the Fishtail version… it’s just there so you’ll what a paracord handle looks like on a ruck.
