For the past 300 some days GORUCK has been running a daily workout blog with tons of PT to prepare you for GORUCK events. After doing a poll they have decided to halt the daily workout section and focus on other areas of the Training blog. According to the final daily workout on the Training blog the focus will shift to Cadre tips and AARs. Although the daily workouts will be missed there’s hundreds of websites running daily workouts so, personally, I think shifting their focus to something more unique will probably help them increase readership.
So what will happen to all of those awesome, difficult, and well thought out workouts? Currently they are still be available on the GORUCK website… and I believe that will be the case for the foreseeable future, but who knows if that will be permanent. User tworunningcards on the GORUCK Reddit group (yes there’s a GORUCK sub on Reddit) did something awesome and screen-scraped all of the workouts off of the GORUCK PT blog. If you’d like to have a hard copy of every workout GORUCK has posted you can check out the giant zip file on tworunningcard’s Google Drive.
With this archive you should have enough workouts to be set for the next year (or more). Happy Friday and now you can’t ever say you don’t have a fresh new workout.
The files can be downloaded from either tworunningcard’s Drive or storage on All Day Ruckoff (in the event tworunningcard ever deletes it).

A couple of things, I don’t offer the “Just the tip” part, because we explain the workouts for our members during each class. Also not included are the optional, run, ruck, and PT workouts.
Additionally, I will be launching a website that will offer a daily workout, amongst other things, hopefully sometime in June.
