Race AARs & Recaps
One of the best ways to train for GORUCK and other rucking events is to improve your endurance. Competing in races is a great way do that and test your abilities as an athlete. The following are AARs from races that have been posted on the All Day Ruckoff site. Although they are not the typical rucking event hopefully you will find them insightful and useful in your training.
Can Do (10k) Race (4/27/2013)
Completed a 10k this morning in preparation for my half marathon tomorrow. My bib was lucky number 69 (hence the title.) It was a fun race but the course wasn’t as great as last year as this year the 10k course was the 5k one but twice. Below is the event captured on Strava.
