Patrick was one of three people who completed GORUCK Selection in 2019. This wasn’t his first time at the event and his event resume is impressive. We discuss GORUCK Selection (all of them he’s been in) as well as his training and other events he has completed. If you’re curious about what it takes to complete GORUCK Selection then this is the podcast to listen to!

A little over halfway through this episode – GREAT interview so far, really enjoy it. Been interesting to listen to him talk about his previous attempts at Selection, and the new mindset/approach he implemented on his successful attempt. Great job with this one, Brian
Thank you! I appreciate it. He was so much fun to chat with. I almost wish I could have interviewed him after his previous attempts to get his perspective then vs now. Definitely had quite the mindset for the event!
Finished it up yesterday during my 2.5 mile ruck – kept grabbing inspiration from the Podcast to keep going! Respect how humble he is and how much he’s evolved during his multiple attempts at Selection
