Goodness gracious… it is hard to believe it has been an entire year since the All Day Ruckoff podcast started! In this episode Bomber Bash (community manager at GORUCK) hijacks the All Day Ruckoff podcast and asks me (Brian) whatever questions he has in store.
There was no script (that I was aware of) and Bomber was given full reign to ask whatever he wanted. Dozens of emails have come in asking for me to bring someone on to interview me… and my first GORUCK Challenge was class 053 back in August of 2011 which is conveniently the same number as this podcast episode.
Hopefully you enjoy this episode and are excited for everything to come in the second year of the All Day Ruckoff podcast! PS: These pictures in the show notes are from August, 2011 at my first GORUCK Tough event. Hard to believe that was nearly 7 years ago!

Great podcast. Totally thought I’d be all “Goad-ed Out” but I was pleasantly surprised. Been waiting to hear your story and a little bit more abut Charity Challenges, and I wasn’t disappointed. Liked the first event/first cadre, favorite bag, and favorite beer questions. Maybe have a random GORUCK luminary interview you for a “State of ADR” each year for the anniversary podcast.

Dom, Thank you so much for the comment! That’s a great idea!! Just need to figure out a way to choose who gets to do the interview next year :)
Thanks for all of the support and I’m glad you enjoyed the episode! I try to definitely give the guest the floor during the regular interviews so it was interesting being the one who got to do the majority of the talking for a change.
