I apologize for double post, I don’t think I was logged in for the previous post. But I noticed the PT Standards for Pre-Selection/Selection are the pushup and situp tests, and a 12-mile ruck. But I thought there was also a 5-mile run (40 mins maybe?) – but I don’t see that listed anymore. Do you have any insight on this?
Still sorting through all the possibilities! Looking at the Basic or Tough in Cleveland or in Indianapolis, then looking at either Pre-Selection or Selection. Which brings me to an important question…

I did the Tacoma, WA 15k Star Course a month or two ago. I’m signed up for either the 50 miler or 26.2 mile Star Course in Seattle, WA in August. I think I’m also signed up for a cloverleaf too which should be interesting to see in action. I’m still figuring out my Light (Basic)/Tough/Heavy? schedule… what’s on your agenda?
