Reaper (Arid) PVC Maxpedition Patch

I picked up the Reaper (in Arid) PVC patch from Maxpedition. I decided to get it for two reasons: first it has a lot of detail and second I strongly agree with the belief behind it. This quote from their website says it all, “(t)his PVC morale patch features an extraordinary depiction of the infamous Grim Reaper in the center of clock, reminding us not to put off to tomorrow what can be done today.” This quote is right at the center of how I feel about training. Who knows what tomorrow will bring but I know if I have a spare hour today I can get in a solid workout. Sometimes you just need that reminder to lace up the shoes and head out for a run and I really hope this patch will give that reminder to me.

This is another in the new line of Maxpedition’s PVC morale patches. The quality on this one was pretty good but I wasn’t the most careful when I removed the velcro cover. I ended up tearing part of the velcro off of the patch and it pealed quite a bit. Thankfully with PVC patches you can use a small amount of super glue and get them fixed up real quick.
