Web Dominators have been crucial to my hydration system since my second GORUCK Challenge. During my first challenge my bladder’s hose was flopping all over the place and wouldn’t stop smacking me in the side of the head. In addition every time we did anything remotely close to the ground the hose would just drag and collect dirt. One of the guys in class 053 was using ITW’s Web Dominators and gave me one to use towards the end of the event. After using one I was sold… these things are awesome. The first thing I did after the event was pick up a couple of them for myself. There’s no reason not to own such a helpful piece of gear that’s so cheap.
These have a number of different uses but during a challenge their best use is to secure your bladder’s hydration hose. When not doing a GORUCK event these can also be used for is to secure lose webbing which helps prevent a gypsy camp. I don’t suggest using them for that during events because they’ll fall off eventually and you’ll lose them. I think I’ve lost 2 or 3 total so far in events through carelessness like that. The good thing though is since they are so cheap you don’t feel too bad about it.
ITW Web Dominators are made here in the good ‘ol USA and are 100% Berry Compliant. Support the ITW and the USA by choosing to buy official ITW Web Dominators… not the cheaper Chinese imitation ones floating around.
These are now available for sale in the All Day Ruckoff Store and are priced at $1.75. Here’s a picture of one properly attached to a shoulder strap.

No wonder you’ve lost a few! The one in the picture described as “properly attached” is not all the way on!

Another must have for rucking if you use a hydration bladder. Keeps that hose under control and out of the way.

For the price theses are a must have, I keep two in my bag in case one breaks, also because two is one and one is none.
