GORUCK has incorporated morale patches into their events since they started. Spinning off from this certain GORUCK Cadre have crafted their own patches that they give to people who meet a particular criteria. The criteria to earn a cadre patch is different for each cadre who has one so we have tried to aggregate the patches we know about as well as their requirements.
It’s important to note that cadre can change the requirements at any time. Although we check in regularly with the cadre on this list there’s always a chance that one of these could change.
Earned Cadre Patches
Earned Cadre patches are very similar to the patch you receive at the end of a GORUCK event. These patches are given for completing certain requirements set forth by the specific Cadre. Generally speaking if you complete the requirements and let them know they’ll hook you up. We’ve listed the source as either Cadre or GRT… some GRT know what they’re talking about and others don’t so if the requirements are actually different then we apologize. If the source says Cadre then we have confirmed the requirements with the Cadre in question so you should be good to go there.
Cadre Belman
Requirements: Complete a combination of 3 Tough and/or Heavy events with Cadre Belman

Cadre Heath
Name: QIF
Requirements: Complete 1 Heavy, 1 Tough, and 1 Light with Cadre Heath

Requirements: Complete any 3 events with Cadre Heath. One of the 3 events must include his Mongolian story.

Cadre Mike T (Handsome Mike)
Requirements: Complete a Tough, Light, and Murder workout with Cadre Handsome Mike. These are to be completed in the same weekend with the Murder workout being directed (by Mike) following the endex of the Light.

Name: Perseverance Over All
Requirements: Complete 4 GORUCK Tough and/or GORUCK Heavy events with Cadre Cleve.

Requirements: Complete a GORUCK Light, GORUCK Tough, Pistol FAD, Rifle FAD, FIGHT, as well as Night FAD or Advanced Pistol FAD.

Purchased Cadre Patches
In addition to a slew of patches you can earn from Cadre there have been numerous fundraiser patches made symbolizing specific GORUCK Cadre. These were generally made available for purchase on Skymall/Ruckmall with the only requirement to receive them being you had to fork over some money.

This article truly is a “stub” right now but we are working hard to fill it out. Really the only reason it is being pushed out now is due to the pure volume of emails we receive about special cadre patches that people have found on Instagram and Facebook. We love the emails but it’s so much easier to direct people to a post on the site.

Check with Cadre Fagon, he has his own set of patches that you can earn by doing events with him (I’ve only done one so far (Veteran’s Day Light) with him which is how I heard about it).
I believe Fagan’s requirements are three events with him, one of which needs to be a Tough or Heavy.

Cadre Belman: requirement is three events (tough or heavy count). I can send a photo, though he mentioned that the one he gave me might be the last of that version. So he may have a slightly different one now.

You should have all the ruck clubs send you pics of their ruck club patches and you should have a page showing them all. Just a thought.

I think he gave them out if you did 3+ events (HCL, or several over time) with him but also for sale on his now defunct website.
Cadre CT has a paid and earned version, the earned version has his name on it.
