The LFUPs are the newest piece of gear out of Gear N8tion. They were thought up by Kevin Maestri and produced by Gear N8tion right here in the United States. They attach to the Velcro area on your pack and give you another attachment point to hook things to.
I used one of these during my most recent GRCs and kept my hat attached to it when it wasn’t in use. The LFUP sits high enough up so that whatever you hang from it won’t get in the way when you’re rucking. Previously, I had just attached the hat to one of the three rows of webbing on the GR1 but this is much more convenient as the hat doesn’t hit you as you walk.

My order arrived a few days ago. This is a great little accessory for my GR1. I’ll be buying another for my BR10 and any other rucks that I get in the future.
Would you consider offering them in coyote and other colors?
I’ve ordered some coyote parts for these. I hear the colors can vary a bit so we’ll see how they turn out.
