It’s been a big two weeks for GORUCK as they’ve both dropped the price of their events and released some good looking new gear!
Event Price Drop
Over the past few days GORUCK has pushed out a new, more dynamic, pricing structure for their events. The new pricing structure is now based around the month of the event in addition to the style. Across the board all prices have decreased and the following will be the general rule for future event pricing. Jason noted that there will always be exceptions but it sounds like those will be few and far between. The overall goal of the price drop is to get more and more people out to events. I’m hopeful for GORUCK but I have a slight feeling that the difficulty of the events is more of a barrier to entry than the price.

New Gear
Since the last update GORUCK has released a new flag, a new patch, and a new red and black colored ruck.
GORUCK Black & Red Rucks
GORUCK released their GR0, GR1, and GR2 in a new black and red color. What do you think?
GORUCK Red, White, and Blue Flag
At the end of last week GORUCK released a new flag. This is seemingly the replacement to the old GORUCK flag that they were previously selling. Like the last flag this one is also made in the USA by Annin. They’re still available so you can pick one up anytime on the GORUCK website.
GORUCK Red, White, and Blue Patch
If a 5′ by 3′ flag is too large for your liking how do you feel about a patch? This patch is the same design as the flag but in a much easier (3″ x 2″) size to handle.
