If you would like to return an item you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The item needs to be in brand new condition (just as you received it) for you to be able to make a return. An example of would be if you want to return a set of Field Notes notebooks. The notebooks cannot be unwrapped, opened, or written in.
Once your email has been acknowledged you will need to pay return shipping to send the item back. Once it is received and condition is verified you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. The refund will not include the shipping cost that you paid previously for the item to be shipped to you.
If for some reason you need to make a return and the fault is on All Day Ruckoff then that will be handled completely differently.
