Fourth week of the year is wrapped up and it’s hard to believe it’s almost February. This means we’re almost 1/12 of the way through the 1,000 Mile Challenge and the Winter Challenge 2019 is starting soon. It’s a tough time of year to stay motivated so hopefully you’re able to find something that works for you!
