The Rogue Dynamics Veterans Day WOD 15 will be one for the books. I consider Logan Rogue to be a smart friend and when he posted this I knew he was more than smart… he was a genius. Read the 11 rounds for time WOD again.
It’s not bad right? Until that last line. When this thing is done you’ll have done 121 Burpees (tough, but not bad), 121 4-count (is there any other way to do them?) flutter-kicks, 121 push-ups, 121 sit-ups, and 11 miles of running. 11 miles of running. That one was definitely a curve ball and will definitely make it interesting to see the WOD times as they come in. For this to count you need to complete this WOD sometime before the day after Veterans Day, 2015… which gives you literally no excuses since you have months.
