ADR 147: Maintaining During Lockdown

In this episode we talk about maintaining during lockdown. Maintaining fitness, maintaining structure, and maintaining sanity. I start out discussing four different types of workouts you can still complete while on lockdown. From there I talk about why maintaining some level of fitness is beneficial during these times and why you should make it a priority. Then I close out with what you should be looking for in a workout and what might be excessive.
