Lisa is the founder of Ruck Strong which is strength training for people who ruck. She’s a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has completed dozens of GORUCK events including three HTL events. In this episode Lisa talks about the importance of incorporating strength training into rucking and what that can do for you at events.
