In this episode we are joined by fellow GRT Cliff Braun. Cliff is part of the Palm Beach Rucking Crew and has quite the athletic and event history. He started out as a triathlete, moved into CrossFit, started rucking, then completed the History Channel show The Selection.
I had heard nothing but amazing things about Cliff from those around him so I was very excited going into this interview but didn’t entirely know what to expect. When we got talking I knew this was going to be a very special podcast episode and it’s easily one of my favorites now.
