So here’s our exciting announcement for January which is something big that we’ve been planning for a few months now. From October through December we worked tirelessly with Mettle Forger to take the Pull-Up Challenge to the next level. This led to nearly 700 people signing up and over $9,000 being donated to the Green Beret Foundation and Team RWB.
The site that was built for the Pull-Up Challenge sucked. It worked, but was poorly coded (started and completed on a single flight from Seattle to Chicago) and had minimal features. Even though I didn’t do the best job on the site it did show us just how much opportunity there was for something like Charity Challenges.
What is Charity Challenges?
Charity Challenges is a collaboration between All Day Ruckoff and Mettle Forger that is designed to get people active, raise a ton of money for charity, and distribute some awesome limited edition patches.
The new site has the same ability to log your reps, view the leaderboard, and track your progress towards the three goals.
Next Event
The next event starts on February 1st, 2016 but sign-ups are open now (as of this post) and close on February 15th, 2016. The cost to enter is $20 ($35 for international) and you’ll get a patch just for signing up. If you reach any of the goals you’ll get the corresponding tab patch with the highest goal you met.
Even if you don’t met one of the goals you’ll still get the main patch AND the two chosen charities (Green Beret Foundation and Team RWB) will get a huge donation. Help make this event a huge success and sign up today!
