I was looking through my collection trying to figure out which patch to post this week and remembered that Monday was National Beer Day. April 7th commemorates the day that low alcohol beer became legal (in 1933) and I figured what better patch to celebrate this week than one of the few GORUCK beer logo ones? There are only a few different GORUCK beer patches out there but if you’re able to find one I’d highly suggest picking it up as I don’t think they’ve been available for awhile.
This patch is a play on the Miller High Life logo with Miller replaced with GORUCK and High Life replaced with Good Livin’. Although Miller High Life isn’t the best beer around it definitely has an iconic logo that gets its point across. I hope everyone (who wanted to) was able to enjoy a nice beer on Monday in celebration of the ability to freely enjoy a nice beer.
