The 4th of July is coming up quick and GORUCK is (probably) invading your city. They’ll be running Challenges and Lights in 20 cities that weekend and I’m sure those events will be a blast. What better way to celebrate Independence Day then participating in a GORUCK event? As an added incentive GORUCK will be issuing special patches for the events. Pictures above is the patch you’ll receive for completing the Challenge (from what I’ve been told) and there will be another special patch for completing the Light. If you’re a first timer and want to participate in one of those events for free just send an email to info@goruck.com. Did you already sign up for one of these discounted events? It has been mentioned that there were no partial refunds for people who did… so I wouldn’t bother bugging them about it. However, you can always transfer your current event to another GRC or GRL then re-purchase the 4th off July event at a lower cost… that’s always one option.
