As HCL 001 is underway we’re busying ourselves here by adding a few more products to the store. These are all Field Notes related so if that’s not something you’re into then we apologize… but we think they’re cool and they’re made in the USA.
Field Notes Shelterwood Limited Edition
The Spring release from Field Notes is called Shelterwood. The covers are made of actual American Cherry wood, sliced ever-so-thin and bonded to a substrate of kraft paper for durability. Thanks to the natural texture of the wood, no two Shelterwood memo books are the same but all share their origin in the same few hand-picked cherry trees from Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
Due to the nature of the covers every now and then one will appear with a slightly split spine (as you can see in the above image). Because of the bond to the substrate of kraft paper there are no issues with paper falling out or the cover coming unattached if the split spine.
The inside of the notebooks feature ruled (lined) pages which are excellent for writing notes. As always these notebooks are printed and manufactured in the USA. I keep a notebook with me at all times in the event that I think of something important because honestly ideas come and go so quickly if I don’t write them down they’ll be gone forever.
Field Notes Kraft Plain Paper
Sorry for the terrible photos of these notebooks… I promise better ones will be taken when the weather gets nice again. These Kraft Plain Paper packs consist of 3 48-page plain paper notebooks which are great for sketching out ideas and other such drawing things.
Field Notes Kraft Ruled Paper Re-Stock
We restocked the Kraft Ruled Paper notebooks as we had completely sold out of them!
